How to Track My Order
Visit Track Order page > Enter your Order ID or email > View real-time shipping status.
How to Cancel an Order
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately.
How to Use a Coupon
Add products to cart > Go to checkout > Enter coupon code in the discount field > Apply.
Payment Failed â What to Do?
Try a different payment method. If amount was deducted but order failed, contact us with your transaction ID.
My Order Not Received
If delivery is delayed beyond 8 days, contact us with your Order ID and we'll investigate immediately.
How to Download Invoice
Log in to My Account > Go to Orders > Click on your order > Download Invoice PDF.
How to Request a Return

When Will I Get My Refund?
Refunds are processed within 5â7 business days after approval and reflect in 7â10 additional days.
