Return & Refund Policy

โ†ฉ๏ธ Return Eligibility

We accept returns only for:

  • Products received in a damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Products significantly different from the description

Returns are not accepted for: opened products, change of mind, or minor packaging variations.

๐Ÿ“… Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we are unable to process return or replacement requests. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

๐Ÿ“ธ How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at infonutrididi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your Order ID, name, phone number, and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging
  3. Our team will review your request within 1โ€“2 business days
  4. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back

๐Ÿ”„ Replacement Policy

Upon approval of your return request, we will:

  • Ship a replacement product at no extra cost, OR
  • Offer a full refund to your original payment method (at our discretion based on the nature of the complaint)

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for approved return requests as described above.

Refund Timeline: Once a return is approved and processed, refunds are initiated within 5โ€“7 business days. The amount will reflect in your account within 7โ€“10 additional business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).

โŒ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and shipped (usually within 12 hours of placement). To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email us at infonutrididi@gmail.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

๐Ÿšš Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery address and the product is returned to us, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds are not issued for failed deliveries due to customer error.
